SHIPPING

Shipping of your purchase is calculated for UPS Ground service and includes insurance coverage for the retail value of your item(s). If you prefer an alternate shipping service and/or wish to expedite the delivery, please contact Pate de Verity directly and we will gladly facilitate your preference. Be aware that alternate or expedited shipping may result in additional costs.

Note: If your purchase sustains any damage during shipment, contact us right away so the best course of action can be determined.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return it, please notify us promptly (within 14 days of the receipt of your package), and the reason(s) for the return. A refund, for the item’s purchase price only (without shipping and insurance), will be issued once your item reaches us safely.

For all returns, please follow the steps below:

• Contact Pate de Verity by email: anna@annaboothe.com or phone: 610-715-8732

• Carefully repack your item in the original packaging. Please use a different, but similar outer box if the original one was damaged.

• Insure the package for the full retail value of your item(s) and ship via UPS to:
